Call me Jaqueline. Or Jac, if that comes easier. Whatever brought you here (a hard season, something you can’t quite name, a version of yourself you’re trying to find again) welcome. People often find me when the thing they have been managing quietly starts to cost too much.
I’m a Registered Social Worker, EMDR-certified therapist, and master’s-level clinician practicing virtually across Canada in English and French. I also specialize in supporting neurodivergent families, as a clinician and as a parent, I understand that world from the inside.
My practice is multidisciplinary, drawing on various approaches to meet your goals. I prioritize connection over intervention, knowing that one of the most powerful impacts of therapy is to be seen and known and accepted for who you are. I draw on EMDR, somatic work, ACT, and CBT, but I don’t follow a script. I follow you.
If you’re a new client, a free 15-minute consultation is the best place to start. If you’re returning, I’m glad you’re here.
